More info...
The Pool:
POOL SEASON: Since we rely on volunteers to prepare the pool for each season, and dry weather conditions for painting, we can never set an exact date for opening, but we shoot for the end of Spring when the kids get out of school. The more volunteers we get, the earlier the pool can open!
HOURS: The pool is opened all week. Pool attendants are on duty from 12 to 4 pm during the week, and 11 to 4 pm on weekends. Please note: Pool attendants are not lifeguards. Swimming after hours is permitted, but you may not swim alone. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep the noise level low when swimming after dark.
RULES:
• No Running
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• No food or glass around the pool. No food or beverages in the pool.
• Please eat at the picnic tables outside the fence. Leave no trash behind!
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground
• Swim at your own risk. We strongly encourage swimming with a "buddy" for your safety.
• Please avoid smoking or vaping cannabis near the pool when children are present.
GUESTS: You may invite non-resident guests. You must be in attendance at the pool with your guests.
PARKING: Please limit use of the parking lot to one vehicle per family whenever possible. Particularly on days when there are special events, as parking can become limited.

THE TREE FARM: We maintain a tree farm on property behind the lake off Yacare Path. Every fall we have a harvest, and offer the resulting wood to our members who help with the harvest. You must be able to get a truck up to the property to transport your share. The Fall harvests are announced by signs posted at the mailboxes.
AS A MEMBER...
- You are the owner and caretaker of 5 pieces of real estate – the roads, pool, lake, clubhouse, and a 50 acre tree farm which houses a cell tower.
- Improvements are made by everyone's participation. We are responsible for the condition of these properties, and rely on every member donating a portion of their time to keep things running.
- You have a deciding vote on what is done with all five of these properties, e.g., keeping roads private, continuation or discontinuation of both the pool and the clubhouse, and upkeep of the lake. This is a democratic society and when 2/3 of the general membership no longer wishes to continue with any or all of these properties, they will no longer exist.
