• Events are open to current members in good standing and non-resident guests.
If you are running an event: Al DelValle will be in charge of buying all clubhouse supplies.
• This includes food, drinks, paper plates, etc.
• Please contact Al [email protected] with your list, date of the event, and the number of people you expect to attend.
• All receipts and reports must be turned in to the treasurer at the first monthly board meeting that follows the event.
